Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning The Administrative Assistant will be responsible to provide support across the Women’s & Children’s Health portfolio. This role works in close collaboration with a dynamic leadership and administrative team in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to engage in a wide variety of exciting projects and initiatives as part of the core responsibilities of the position. Monday to Friday (days) This position is temporary until June 2027 McMaster Children’s Hospital (MCH), part of the Hamilton Health Sciences (HHS) family of hospitals, is one of Canada’s fasted growing Children’s Hospitals as well as a provider of the most advanced Women’s Reproductive Health Care. We are an academic teaching center affiliated with McMaster University, and provide regional and provincial leadership in the provision of the highest quality, integrated maternal/newborn/child & youth health care. The Ron Joyce Children’s Health Centre (RJCHC) is an outpatient campus of MCH. The Autism Spectrum Disorders and the Ambulatory Child and Youth Mental Health Programs are delivered from this site. McMaster Children’s Hospital, located on the campus of McMaster University, is home our inpatient pediatric, newborn and women’s health programs as well as many of our pediatric outpatient clinics. It is also home to the RBC Child & Youth Mental Health Inpatient Unit.
