We are hiring for an Administration Manager to join our ETS (Environmental Treatment Solutions) business based in Minto NSW.
As our Administration Manager, you’ll lead and support a team of four Administrators, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the administration function. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance people management with operational oversight, maintaining business continuity, resolving escalated issues, and driving consistent service delivery across the business.
What you’ll be doing
Lead, coach and develop a team.
Manage day-to-day operations including workload allocation, rostering, coverage and service levels
Provide guidance and support on escalated customer matters and complex administration issues
Coordinate with branch operations and credit management teams to resolve customer enquiries efficiently
Drive team performance through coaching, one-on-ones and structured development plans
Ensure compliance with established processes, retention workflows and internal procedures
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies
About you
Experienced people leader with the ability to motivate, develop and hold a small team accountable
Confident managing customer escalations and difficult conversations professionally
Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence under pressure
Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Excel-based reporting
Commercially minded with an understanding of contracts and customer retention
Waste management or service-contract industry experience is advantageous but not essential
