Job Description When you're a patient, games, music, and entertainment can be the highlight of your day. We know that emotional well-being is just as important as clinical care, and that’s where you come in . We’re seeking an Activity Aide to involve residents in a therapeutic engagement program. You will help residents with life enrichment activities and a variety of entertainment options to help keep them engaged in their recovery programs. We are seeking candidates with a strong background in sports , culture, music , and traditional recreational activities , to help bring joy, structure, and stimulation to those in our care. What You’ll Do ✅ Lead engaging group events , ranging from fitness and games to music and arts ✅ Lead stimulating individual cognitive and memory retention activities for our long-term residents ✅ Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare (EMR system) ✅ Collaborate with our health care teams to individualize your approach ✅ You may be asked to drive and escort residents to off-site events, appointments or activities utilizing our facility van Why Join Us?
