Staffing Position at: T rinity Christian Academy Type of Position: Acting Vice Principal The Golden Hills School Division invites applications for an Acting Vice Principal at Trinity Christian Academy , effective the start of the 2026/2027 school year. Strathmore is situated on the Trans Canada Highway, and only 25 minutes commute from Calgary. Trinity Christian Academy (K – 9), with approximately 250 students, is an alternative Christian school in the Golden Hills School Division. Applications are sought from teachers who have demonstrated excellence in their teaching and who have the ability to carry out their job duties in accordance with the mandate of the Trinity Christian Academy. References that demonstrate the candidate's suitability for this position are encouraged. Preference will be given to applicants with the following qualifications: Evidence of leading for learning and strong teaching skills Positive interpersonal relations with staff, parents, and community members Evidence of ability to work effectively within a collaborative decision-making environment and to promote a positive culture Masters Degree in Educational Leadership (or equivalent) or evidence of progress towards a Masters Degree Supportive of direction from principal and desire to advance to this role Applicants are asked to provide a current résumé with appropriate references and a one-page description of their philosophy as an educational leader, including a vision statement describing the priorities they wish to establish as Vice Principal.
