Job Summary
Reporting directly to the Manager Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, the Accounts Receivable Lead Specialist is responsible for independently supporting activities related to accounts receivable management. He/she also performs any other related tasks that may be required for this position.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
What will you do in this position?
Responsible for global accounts receivable activities
Mainly focusing on US customers
Analyzing and issuing credit notes
Coordinating prepaid orders
Solving complex customer questions and issues
Coordinating tasks with the team
Validating and maintaining procedures
Recording cash receipts
Performing month-end closing tasks
Performing SOX controls
Any other related tasks that may fall within the scope of this job
Skills and Minimum Experience Required
What candidate profile are we looking for?
Essential:
Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in accounts receivable
Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience working with an ERP system (Infor and Oracle)
Excellent oral and written communication skills (French and English)
Exhibit autonomy and organization
Hybrid work environment – 2/5 days at Brossard’s office
