Key Responsibilities – Accounts Payable Ensure all payments are properly authorized and processed according to company policies Verify invoice and credit note accuracy in relation to general ledger accounts, taxes, Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies Respond promptly to supplier inquiries Generate reports and perform accounts payable analysis Prepare data for weekly payment runs Conduct account research and reconciliation Other Responsibilities Provide reports and analysis as requested by management Effectively manage multiple projects, balancing priorities and ensuring deadlines are met Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and systems Requirements Bilingual (French/English) – verbal and written Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work in a dynamic, open-concept environment with shifting priorities Availability to work 40+ hours per week Benefits Competitive base salary Extended health and dental coverage Online doctor services Life and long-term disability insurance Employee & family assistance program Company pension plan Application Instructions Submit your resume to RH-HR@alpaequipment.com.
