HOMETOWN TOYOTA Automotive Accounts Payable Clerk We are seeking an Automotive Clerk to join our team at our family-owned dealership. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and take pride in getting the details right, we would love to hear from you. Our clerk plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate processing, billing, reconciliation, and documentation of accounts payable and other transactions . The ideal candidate has previous billing experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Duties & Responsibilities Process and post invoices accurately and efficiently Review paperwork for accuracy, completeness, and compliance Track payables, receivables, and outstanding items Identify and help resolve billing and documentation issues Support daily accounting and reporting functions Work closely with managers and the accounting team Assist with month-end closing procedures Reconcile assigned schedules and accounts Reconcile other schedules as needed and help with phones Maintain accurate and organized records Follow up on outstanding items to ensure deals are properly completed and funded Qualifications & Requirements Previous accounting experience is helpful and pay depends on experience Strong understanding of accounting Ability to reconcile and balance high-volume accounts Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a demanding environment Quick learner who is comfortable adapting to changing processes and priorities Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional, dependable, and positive attitude Why Join Our Team?
