Accounting Office Controller at Vaco by Highspring — NeverHard

Our client is a company specializing in residential and commercial real estate. They are looking for a Corporate Controller to join their team! Oversee intercompany accounting, eliminations, and reconciliations to ensure accurate results. Maintain and enhance internal controls over financial reporting. Analyze financial metrics, variances, and KPIs for senior management. Standardize reporting processes and policies across multiple legal entities. Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance on complex accounting issues. Support external audits and liaise with auditors for consolidated financial audits. Collaborate with the VP of Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, and CPA (Canada/U.or ACCA (UK) preferred. ~10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3–5 years in consolidated reporting. ~ Experience with multi-entity consolidation, intercompany transactions, and financial systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred). ~ Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
