What We Offer
Competitive hourly compensation of $27.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience.
A semi flexible schedule. While the position is flexible, there are certain processes such a payroll input and monthly closes with set deadlines.
Eligibility to participate in the company's group medical benefits plan, subject to meeting the plan's minimum hourly requirement and other eligibility requirements.
A collaborative, supportive, and team-oriented work environment.
The opportunity to work closely with the VP of Finance and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
Opportunities to take ownership of new responsibilities as the company evolves.

Who We're looking for
We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing great work and understands that the small details make a big difference. You'll enjoy this role if you're naturally organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and like bringing structure and accuracy to a variety of accounting and administrative responsibilities.
Success in this role comes from being dependable, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement. While experience in accounting and payroll is important, we're equally interested in finding someone who enjoys learning, takes ownership of their work, and wants to become a trusted, long-term member of our team. You don't need to be a CPA to succeed in this position—we're looking for someone who enjoys operational accounting, payroll, and business administration, and who takes pride in helping keep a growing business running smoothly.
Key Attributes
Experience using accounting, payroll, and business software.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Supporting accounting operations, including invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Assisting with payroll preparation, commission administration, and employee payroll support.
Coordinating onboarding, offboarding, background screening, and other administrative processes.
Working closely with the VP of Finance to coordinate office administration, company equipment management, vendor relationships, and other operational activities.
Preparing internal reports, scorecards, and business metrics to support decision-making.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and helping our team operate more efficiently.
Why Join DMC Recruitment?
At DMC Recruitment, you'll become an important member of a close-knit team where your work has a direct impact on the success of the business.
