Job DescriptionJob Description Account Manager/Cabinet Designer Location: Winnipeg, MB Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 Are you someone who enjoys building relationships, managing projects, and seeing a job come to life from concept to completion? We're looking for an Account Manager to join a growing organization within the residential construction industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines strong customer service skills with technical aptitude and enjoys working closely with builders, designers, production teams, and installers. What You'll Be Doing Build and maintain strong relationships with builders and key accounts Review plans, elevations, and project specifications to develop accurate quotes Create detailed drawings for projects entering production Conduct site visits and take measurements for new projects Manage project revisions, change orders, and customer requests Coordinate with design, production, logistics, suppliers, and installation teams to ensure projects run smoothly Understand builder standards, pricing agreements, and project timelines Identify opportunities for upgrades, custom options, and additional product offerings Resolve project issues quickly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Help reduce rework by ensuring accuracy throughout the quoting, design, and production process What We're Looking For Experience in Account Management, Inside Sales, Customer Service, Project Coordination, or a related role Ability to read blueprints, elevations, and architectural drawings Experience using CAD software for design drawings Mozaik sofftware experience is considered a strong asset Strong math, measurement, and problem-solving abilities Comfortable performing on-site measurements using a tape measure Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Why Join Us?
