Account Manager
60-65K base salary + uncapped monthly commission

About the Role:
We're seeking an Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated to grow within the organization. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with a positive, professional attitude and strong customer focus.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients to identify potential product needs
Respond to and process incoming calls and orders
Open new accounts and support existing customers
Make proactive outbound calls to generate business
Provide pricing quotes and follow up on outstanding quotations
Offer basic technical support on products
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current and new products
Identify opportunities to support clients with project needs and non-stock products
Identify opportunities for repeat business and long-term relationships
Qualifications & Requirements:
Post-secondary education (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Previous sales or inside sales experience in the Canadian electrical industry (asset)
Knowledge of the electrical industry (asset)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to develop long-term client relationships
Highly organized with strong multitasking and attention to detail
Technical aptitude with the ability to learn products quickly
Experience preparing quotations, bid packages, and pricing proposals
Willingness to work overtime when required and contribute to a team-focused environment
