Job DescriptionJob Description We are seeking a motivated Account Manager to join our client's Service team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by securing new service contracts, managing accounts, and building long-term relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Meet and exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets for service contracts and repairs Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients Prepare and present customized job proposals, including cost estimates and pricing negotiations Deliver presentations to prospective customers and decision-makers Visit client sites to assess project scope, review work progress, and ensure customer satisfaction Manage the preparation of booking packages and complete all required documentation Address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions to complaints Support collection activities when necessary, offering alternative solutions for payment where appropriate Collaborate with service operations teams to improve key performance metrics Work with property owners, facility managers, and other stakeholders to secure maintenance agreements, renewals, and capture competitor accounts Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities as required Complete accurate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports Perform additional related duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (service or B2B sales preferred) Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an asset, but not required Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain lasting relationships Proven negotiation skills and the ability to tailor solutions to customer needs Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage conflict effectively while working collaboratively in a team environment Valid driver’s license with flexibility to travel throughout the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions as needed
