MSZ Systems Inc. is hiring an Account Executive - IT Staffing to join our team in Toronto, ON . This is a full-time hybrid role offering a competitive base salary, commission, and performance incentives. We are looking for a driven sales professional who can build relationships with banking and private sector clients, generate IT staffing requirements, and help close contract and permanent hiring opportunities. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with banking, financial services, and private sector clients Generate contract and full-time IT staffing requirements Identify hiring needs across IT domains including banking technology, cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, SAP, and software development Work closely with recruiters to submit qualified candidates Manage client follow-ups, interviews, feedback, rate discussions, and closures Build and maintain an active client and opportunity pipeline Support business growth through new client acquisition and account expansion Requirements Experience in staffing sales, recruitment sales, business development, or account management Strong client network in banking, financial services, or private sector preferred Proven ability to generate job requirements and support closures Good understanding of IT roles, recruitment process, and contract staffing Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a growing company environment What We Offer Competitive base salary Commission and performance incentives Hybrid work model Growth opportunity with a fast-growing IT staffing and consulting firm Opportunity to work with clients across banking, technology, and private sector industries
