This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with strong business acumen and a passion for delivering innovative hardware and SaaS solutions. Compensation: Base salary + commissions, monthly car allowance, mileage reimbursement, and a one‑time remote stipend. As a Territory Manager, you will drive proactive sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin goals, supported by Quadient’s robust sales enablement team. We provide comprehensive product training, insights into industry trends, and a proven sales methodology to help you succeed. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline management to solution demonstrations and contract execution while leveraging Salesforce.com to track activities and opportunities. This is a role for a strategic thinker and adaptable multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values strong customer relationships. Drive Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed territory revenue and margin targets. Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities. Pipeline Management: Utilize Salesforce.com daily for accurate reporting, opportunity tracking, and collaboration across national sales teams. Solution Expertise: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and articulate the business impact of Quadient solutions. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers at all levels. Consultative Selling: Assess customer workflows, create detailed business cases, and present quantified ROI. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction. Continuous Learning: Stay current on Quadient’s evolving solutions and industry advancements through self-training and team knowledge-sharing.
