About the Role
We are seeking a highly strategic and organized marketing specialist to be the operational engine and technical coordinator for the Shorts & GenAI marketing team. In this hybrid role that blends Marketing Operations, Analytics, and Program Management, you will oversee the setup, optimization, and measurement of global, regional, and local campaigns.
Serving as the critical operational bridge between Global and Regional Product Marketing Managers (PMMs), Marketing Analytics, and internal Product Engineering teams, your primary mission is to translate marketing strategies into precise campaign builds and robust data‑tracking frameworks. You will own the technical execution on internal promotion platforms (such as Nitrate Express), coordinate global experiment holdbacks, and manage complex cross‑functional workflows to ensure flawless campaign delivery and performance tracking.
Responsibilities
Marketing Platform (Nitrate Express) Operations & Configuration:
Act as the team's primary technical expert for setting up, reviewing, and launching in‑product promotions in Nitrate Express (internal promotional platform for on‑platform marketing).
Manually review and monitor active campaign configurations, ensuring they align with targeting parameters, playlist requirements (e.g., public vs. unlisted), and creative delivery standards.
Manage real‑time campaign adjustments and optimizations, including pausing and unpausing builds in response to negative sentiment alerts and monitoring overall campaign serving.
Build, maintain, and re‑tool the team's master operational trackers.
Manage regional campaign intakes, ensuring that all regional requests are structured correctly and integrated into the global workflow.
Reinforce reporting cadences, campaign ownership, and alignment on naming across the global, regional, and localized teams.
Own the operational management of the global experiment roadmap in partnership with product managers and marketing analysts.
Data Monitoring, Troubleshooting, & Reporting:
Track and diagnose overall impression serving behavior. Cross‑reference reporting pipelines (such as PLX stats dashboards and Rasta metrics) to investigate data discrepancies or low impression serving.
Collate, structure, and quarterly update a centralized Campaign Learnings Repository for the team to record and share key insights from creative testing, targeting optimizations, and experiments.
The essentials
5+ years of experience in Marketing, Business Analytics, Project Management, or a related field, with a focus on performance marketing and operations.
4+ years of experience working with technical platform tooling. Proficiency in data‑driven troubleshooting.
Expertise in managing complex project timelines, tracking systems, and resource logs. Highly detail‑oriented with a strong focus on delivery assurance.
Proven ability to navigate large, cross‑functional organizations and successfully bridge communications between creative agencies, data analysts, and engineering teams.
