Our client, a leading organization in the insurance and financial services industry, is seeking a Call Centre Billing Representative to join their team. Job Title: Billing Representative (Call Center ) Location: Markham, ON Pay Range: 19.56 per hour Working hours: Monday-Friday 8 am-8 pm and Saturday 8:30am-4:30pm Rotation shift What's the Job? Handle approximately 50 inbound calls per day, providing professional and empathetic customer service Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies collaboratively with insurance partners and underwriters Act as a company ambassador by supporting inbound billing inquiries with clarity and professionalism Communicate effectively via telephone and email, ensuring customer issues are resolved efficiently Gather relevant information systematically to facilitate seamless customer interactions and follow-up What's Needed? 1-2 years of experience in a contact center environment, preferably within insurance or banking industries Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting Quick adaptability to evolving work environments and processes Professional telephone and email etiquette with strong communication skills Proficiency in Word, Excel, and various web-based applications What's in it for me?
