You’ll work alongside people who think big and act bold - project managers, engineers, technologists, and strategists who blend real-world experience with digital innovation and AI. Create practical pre-appointment and post-appointment BIM Execution Plan templates that project teams and delivery partners can apply consistently. Define the functional requirements and governance model for a Common Data Environment, including workflows, security, access controls, interoperability, logical information architecture, implementation options, and user guidance. Develop Master Information Delivery Plan and Task Information Delivery Plan templates, supported by clear roles, responsibilities, review gates, and QA/QC procedures. Assess the organization’s current digital delivery and BIM maturity, engage internal and external stakeholders, and recommend a future operating model and prioritized implementation roadmap. Produce an implementation toolkit that includes guidance, checklists, decision tools, governance templates, and draft BIM-related procurement and contract language. Plan and faciliate at least four one-hour internal workshops, translating technical standards into practical processes that support organizational adoption and long‑term capability building. Key deliverables will include the project workplan and methodology, BIM Standards Manual, executive presentation, information requirement frameworks, BIM Execution Plan templates, MIDP and TIDP templates, Common Data Environment specifications, maturity assessments, engagement reports, implementation toolkit, future operating model, rollout roadmap, and digital twin maturity framework. Working Conditions Permanent, full-time hybrid position.
