Job Description

We are looking for a c
ommercial & data specialist intern
to support the Industrial Automation business with
data analytics, digital campaign execution, and commercial operations
. This role sits at the intersection of data, marketing, and sales enablement, and offers hands-on exposure to real product launches, go-to-market initiatives, and customer-facing events.
This position reports directly to the Industrial Automation Director of Offer Management and works closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and marketing.
What will you do?
Data & Analytics
Build
Tableau dashboards
to track sales performance, campaign effectiveness, product/portfolio KPIs
Support data extraction, cleaning, and analysis from internal systems
Help translate data insights into
clear business recommendations
Commercial & Product Campaign Support
Support the
implementation of product-related campaigns
, including new product launches, promotions and go-to-market initiatives
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, product teams) to ensure campaign readiness,
Support
Industrial Automation (IA) new launches/campaigns
by uploading and managing content in the
DMRC tool
Event Planning & Execution
Support the planning and execution of
customer and distributor events
, including Product launch events, Training sessions, Trade shows and roadshows
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in
Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field
Strong interest in
data, digital tools, and commercial operations
Comfortable working with
data and dashboards
(Tableau experience is a must)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience with
Power BI, or similar BI tools
Basic understanding of
marketing campaigns
Interest in
industrial, automation, or technology-driven environments
Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Salesforce, or digital content management systems
