Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role will play a key part in employee onboarding, front desk reception, and providing general administrative support as required. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support employee onboarding, including document collection, orientation scheduling, and system setup
Act as front-line reception, greeting visitors and responding to phone calls and emails
Maintain accurate employee and personnel records
Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and document management
Provide administrative support to HR, management, and project teams as required
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information
Qualifications
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
Preferred Assets
Experience with employee onboarding or HR administration
Experience in construction, industrial, or project-based environments
Basic knowledge of employment documentation and compliance requirements
Work Environment
Office-based role with regular interaction with staff and visitors
