Job DescriptionJob Description Location: Calgary, Alberta Pay: $50/hr (about $104,000/year) About the job Run day-to-day operations for an industrial services branch. You’ll manage crews, equipment and dispatch so jobs are safe, on time and on budget, and grow strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities Manage daily operations, dispatch and scheduling Lead supervisors, operators and labourers Make sure all work meets safety and environmental rules Track job costs, budgets and equipment use Plan fleet maintenance with the shop team Build and keep strong client relationships Hire, train and develop staff Review reports and find ways to improve how work gets done Qualifications 5+ years of industrial, oilfield or environmental services experience 2+ years in a supervisor or management role Knowledge of vac, hydrovac, high pressure or waste hauling operations Experience with budgets, scheduling and dispatch Strong leadership and communication skills Comfortable with computers and reporting tools Valid driver’s licence Benefits Generous paid time off Full health benefits after 30 days Group RRSP with a company match Paid training and tuition reimbursement Company vehicle
