Job DescriptionJob Description Integrationworx is seeking AWS-Certified Professionals for a term position (6 months) with the possible opportunity for full-time position. Candidates must currently have a one or more of the following professional certifications : AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional AWS Certified Generative AI Development - Professional AWS Certified Security - Speciality AWS Certified Advanced Networking - Speciality This is primarily a work-from-home position with limited travel/commuting. As an AWS specialist, you will contribute to designing, implementing, and managing highly available and scalable solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of AWS solutions. As we are also multi-cloud capable, you may also be asked to work on GCP and and/or Azure based solutions. The position is open to applicants who reside and are authorized to work in either Canada or the USA. Unfortunately, we cannot consider applicants who do not currently possess a suitable work permit/visa. Responsibilities Lead client and/or project teams through the analysis and documentation of business problems, high-level objectives and technical constraints to define solutions that support client strategic direction and goals. Conduct assessments of existing infrastructure and technology capabilities to identify potential challenges and risks to and incorporate into proposed solutions and alignment with architecture vision. Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions, considering scalability, security, performance, applied AI, and cost optimization aspects. Develop detailed technical specifications, architectural diagrams, and implementation plans to guide the implementation and deployment of solutions. Provide expert-level guidance on architecture best practices and recommend appropriate services and tools based on business and technical requirements. Collaborate with other architects and development team leads to identify and enable integration of solutions into existing systems as required. Establish and contribute to operational runbooks incorporating regular performance and security assessments, issue troubleshooting and on-going recommendations for system optimization and improvement. Participate in pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations, statement of work solution, proposal development and client presentations. Qualifications One ore more of the AWS Certifications listed above. Bachelor's degree or recognized certificate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of technical experience designing and implementing solutions involving cloud-based infrastructure and services (AWS and/or Azure Cloud), with a focus on large-scale, enterprise-level integration of applications and databases. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience working with core cloud services (e.g., AWS EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, Event Bridge, API Gateway, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, CloudWatch; and/or Microsoft Azure Compute, Network Services, Data Platform Service, Identity & Access Management) Experience designing solutions to operate within containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is highly desirable. General understanding of network topologies security and cloud-hybrid-connection concepts including VPN, DNS, TCP/IP, and load balancing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Our Difference We are a different consulting company.
