As a Counter Person / Food Services Associate with Tim Hortons restaurant , reporting to the Tim Hortons Manager, this position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced food service environment. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and handling cash and electronic payment transactions accurately. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selections. Operate cash registers, process payments, and issue receipts. Maintain cleanliness of service areas, including wiping tables and restocking supplies. Follow all food safety protocols and health regulations. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service.
