Business Systems Developer at Grantek Systems Integration — NeverHard

Job Description Grantek is looking for a Business Systems Developer to design, build, and maintain the internal applications, integrations, and automation workflows that support our global operations. This new role will work across IT, Platform Engineering, Data & Analytics, and Business Process teams to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient internal digital solutions. Responsibilities Develop, enhance, and maintain internal business applications, workflows, and digital tools. Build integrations between third-party systems (CRM, ERP, HRIS, Finance, PM tools) using APIs, middleware, and custom connectors. Follow Grantek’s SDLC standards for requirements, design, coding, testing, documentation, and release. Translate business process requirements into functional and technical specifications. Implement secure coding practices and participate in code reviews. Develop automation scripts, low-code workflows, and internal agentic automations where applicable. Troubleshoot and resolve defects, integration failures, performance issues, and system errors. Maintain documentation for code, integrations, architecture, and system configuration. Support IT Operations in diagnosing issues related to business applications. Participate in testing and release planning for new features, upgrades, and deployments. Evaluate emerging tools and technologies that can enhance Grantek’s internal digital ecosystem.
