Senior Direct Procurement Specialist at CYNET SYSTEMS — NeverHard

Pay Range: $50.00hr - $55.00hr Job Overview: The candidate will make an impact by managing procurement operations, overseeing supplier portfolios, securing timely PO issuances, and driving process efficiency across global procurement frameworks. Responsibilities: Oversee a diverse supplier portfolio, drive initial part sourcing activities, negotiate price adjustment requests, and resolve invoicing and payment discrepancies. Manage a workqueue and ensure that purchase orders are issued in due time. Ensure close cooperation with internal customers to maintain customer care and early involvement. Contribute to the implementation and usage of globally defined methods, processes, and systems to ensure high process efficiency and compliance. Support supplier management processes, including qualification, selection, evaluation, development, and classification. Update supplier evaluation systems to obtain and develop top suppliers while ensuring transparency and high procurement quality. Maintain records of all documentation and ensure adherence to online purchasing and contract management systems. Support and lead Procurement Business Plan activities. Requirements: Strong SAP transactional experience, specifically with the PS1 ATLAS module in a production environment. Outstanding Excel skills. 5+ years of experience in direct procurement. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team to meet fixed deadlines, goals, and objectives. Ability to work in a complex, fast-changing global organizational environment. Bachelor's degree. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
