This team is working on some of the largest infrastructure projects in Canada. The role is hybrid (2 days a week in the office) and can be based anywhere in Canada . Primary Responsibilities: Design high voltage overhead line and associated facilities for voltages from 60kV to 500kV in an electric utility environment Design transmission line wood and steel poles structures as well as latticed structure in PLS-Pole and PLS-Tower Design transmission line structure foundations Prepare design basis documents Prepare hardware assemblies drawings Prepare project documentation like, reports, specifications, proposals, estimates, and test plans per CIMA+’s practices Develop design work packages with scope, duration, and effort estimates, and manage design tasks including scope, schedule, and cost for existing and new facilities Provide signed and sealed engineering deliverables as the Professional of Record in accordance with the requirements of the applicable provincial engineering regulator and CIMA+’s practices. Offer technical assistance, construction support, and field reviews as required Lead projects and support junior engineer
