Providedirection on operationalizing business strategy through systems,processes, and data. Identifytechnology risks and develop mitigation strategies. DevelopIT strategies aligned with organizational vision and business goals. Streamlineapplication portfolios to optimize performance, eliminate redundancies,and reduce costs. Leadenterprise architecture initiatives across application, technology, and AIdomains. Engagestakeholders through presentations, briefing materials, and facilitateddiscussions. Contributeto governance, compliance, roadmapping, and enterprise planningactivities. Required Qualifications Demonstratedexperience in Enterprise Architecture, Application Portfolio Managementand IT Governance. Deepknowledge of multiple Enterprise Architecture frameworks andmethodologies. Experiencewith structured methodologies for application design, development, andimplementation. Hands-onexperience with Enterprise Architecture tools supporting: ArchitectureModeling and Blueprinting ArchitectureRepository Management Roadmappingand Planning Governanceand Compliance Visualizationand Reporting Integrationwith enterprise processes and tools Experienceusing development tools, CASE tools, project management software, andbusiness process improvement tools. Experiencemeasuring business and technical value of applications and solutions. Experienceconducting value analysis across applications, platforms, infrastructure, and technology investments. Experienceassessing portfolio risks, technical debt, vendor viability, markettrends, and resource availability. Experiencewith application lifecycle management and related infrastructure lifecycledependencies. Knowledgeof cloud service models and contract management practices. Experiencein Application Architecture, Technology Architecture, and ArtificialIntelligence (AI). Experiencedeveloping enterprise architecture deliverables, models, and roadmaps. Awarenessof emerging technology and digital transformation trends. Experienceleading platform architecture design, documentation, and implementation for medium to large organizations. Experiencewith composable and modular architecture approaches and enterpriseplatform strategies. Strongstrategic planning and business alignment capabilities. Experienceoperationalizing business strategies through technology enablement. Understandingof business transformation and data interdependencies. Experiencedeveloping enterprise-wide technology strategies. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Excellentanalytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strongverbal, written, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Provenability to work collaboratively and meet project deadlines. Experiencepreparing executive presentations, briefing materials, and facilitating stakeholder meetings. Must-Have Requirements Experiencewith capability-based architecture. Priorpublic sector or government-related experience. Knowledgeand experience in Application Architecture, Technology Architecture, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
