Job DescriptionJob Description Pay: CA$28.00-CA$32.00 per hour Job description: Roll-Off Truck Driver – DZ License Location: Milton, Ontario Job Type: Full-Time Shift: Continental Shift – Morning Shift Experience: Minimum 3 years of Roll-Off Truck Driving Experience License: Valid Ontario DZ Driver's License Required Job Description We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Roll-Off Truck Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating roll-off trucks, transporting and delivering containers, and completing scheduled pickups and drop-offs while following all company and safety procedures. This position is ideal for a professional driver with at least 3 years of hands-on roll-off truck driving experience who is comfortable working independently and managing daily routes efficiently. Key Responsibilities Safely operate and maneuver roll-off trucks to pick up, transport, and deliver containers. Complete scheduled routes, pickups, and deliveries efficiently and on time. Load, secure, transport, and unload roll-off containers according to safety procedures. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any vehicle issues. Ensure proper placement and handling of containers at customer locations. Complete required paperwork, delivery tickets, inspection reports, and other documentation. Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and team members. Follow all Ministry of Transportation (MTO), company, and workplace safety regulations. Maintain the truck and equipment in a clean and safe operating condition. Assist with other transportation-related duties as required. Requirements Valid Ontario DZ Driver's License – Mandatory. Minimum 3 years of roll-off truck driving experience . Clean and safe driving record preferred. Experience operating hydraulic roll-off systems. Knowledge of applicable transportation and safety regulations. Ability to perform vehicle inspections and basic equipment checks. Strong time-management and communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be comfortable working a continental morning shift . Shift Details Continental Shift – Morning Shift Candidates must be flexible and available to work the assigned continental shift schedule, including weekends and holidays when required.
