Job DescriptionJob Description Plant Manager Based in the Fraser Valley, BC area, the Plant Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and financial and operational performance of the industrial manufacturing plant operations. This role owns the P&L for the facility as the senior operations leader. Responsibilities: Develop and implement the plant's annual operating plan and multi-year production strategy aligned with business objectives. Oversight of forecast, budget, cost control for P&L Translate sales plans and growth objectives into capacity, workforce, equipment, technology, and facility requirements. Oversight of production, shipping, receiving, logistics for the facility Ensure production schedules and material availability support customer requirements Set and track performance metrics, KPIs for the various operations and supply chain departments OPEX and CAPEX project oversight Health and safety focused leadership objectives Other duties as required Requirements: Post Secondary in Operations Management, Business, Engineering or related 10-20 years in manufacturing, with substantial leadership of large operations Proven success in industrial operations including fabrication, welding, managing a shop floor, machining and assembly in a related industry Strong people leader and experience with change management Salary in the high 100s, towards 200,000 range depending on experience.
