Description Du Poste This position is responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages. This position may utilize heavy machinery to complete tasks. This position performs other tasks as assigned in a fast-paced environment. Job Type: Part-Time - Permanent Work Location: 634 Neal Dr. Peterborough Workdays: Monday to Friday Shift Start: 4:00AM Shift averages 3-5 hours a day, but hours, start times/finish times may vary with operational need. Flexibility required. Pay rate : $18.50/hr. All Applicants must work a minimum 25 hrs/ week** Responsibilities And Duties Load and unload packages into package delivery vehicles and trailers Learn and properly execute company-established package handling methods Sort and stock packages based on postal codes Qualifications Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. (35kg) Full availability to work Monday to Saturday Ability to read and memorize postal codes Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment Comfortable working inside package delivery vehicles Warehouse experience (would be considered an asset) Compensation And Benefits $18.50/hr. / automatic progression as per the existing Union Collective Agreement.
