We are seeking a friendly, skilled, and dedicated Educational Assistant to join our team at Handhills Colony School. If you are a compassionate, self-motivated individual who is passionate about supporting student learning and success, we encourage you to apply. This is a full-time position at Handhills Colony School, a Kindergarten to Grade 8 school, commencing as soon as possible. The position is scheduled for 6 hours per day (30 hours per week). Working under the direction of the classroom teacher, the successful candidate will provide additional support to students and contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. The successful applicant will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work effectively with students, staff, and families. A professional, organized, and collaborative approach is essential, as the individual will represent the school division in all interactions, whether in person, by telephone, or through written correspondence. The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment is important. Previous experience in a fast-paced, collaborative educational setting would be considered an asset. Please send cover letter and resume.
