If you like being hands-on , working close to production, and making sure every product meets the highest standards — this role is for you ⭐ Job Description Compensation & Schedule ✅ Competitive wages: $22.07 to $22.62 + 2$/h night shift premium Day shift: Monday to Thursday, 5:30 PM to 5:30AM Your Role As a Hybrid forklift driver/Production Labourer , you play a critical role in keeping our operations running efficiently and ensuring our products meet Techo-Bloc’s quality standards ✅. You will: Inspect concrete products for quality, shape, color, and consistency Remove defective products and replace them with approved pieces Sort, pack, wrap, and prepare products for shipment Transport raw materials and finished goods manually or with equipment (forklift) Assist machine operators with daily production tasks Clean machines and maintain safe, organized work areas This Job Is for You If: ✅ You enjoy active, physical work ✅ You take pride in showing up on time and doing the job right ✅ You’re looking for stable hours, competitive pay, and a long-term opportunity in manufacturing Qualifications ✅ What We’re Looking For This is a physically demanding position that requires reliability and consistency .
