Job DescriptionJob Description Press Operator – Flexible Packaging Manufacturing Location: Mississauga, ON Job Type: Full time Pay: $18–$20/hour, based on experience and skill level Shifts: 12-hour rotating shifts, monthly rotation between: Day Shift: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM Night Shift: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM Some weekends required About the Role We are hiring experienced Press Operators to join an integrated group of flexible packaging manufacturing company in Mississauga. The ideal Press Operator has 2+ years of hands-on press and manufacturing experience and is comfortable operating, setting up, adjusting, and monitoring press equipment in a fast-paced flexible packaging manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor press equipment and manufacturing machinery Set up and adjust press machines to meet production requirements Monitor production and perform quality checks Identify and communicate equipment or production issues Follow safety and production procedures Maintain a clean and safe work area Communicate effectively with supervisors and production team members Requirements 2+ years of Press Operator experience Previous manufacturing / production experience Hands-on experience operating press machinery Experience with Windmöller & Hölscher (W&H), Miraflex, Uteco, Heidelberg, or Gravure equipment is strongly preferred Experience with machine setup, operation, and adjustments Flexible packaging or printing industry experience is an asset Strong attention to detail and quality control skills Good English communication skills, written and verbal Basic math skills and ability to read a measuring tape Strong communication and teamwork skills Good manual dexterity Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including some weekends Training & Work Environment Training provided SST training during the first few days Comfortable manufacturing environment with good ventilation Safety boots required Opportunity for career advancement and growth If you have 2+ years of Press Operator experience with hands-on press operation, machine setup, machine adjustments, manufacturing, and quality checks, we encourage you to apply through Indeed For immediate consideration call : 905-286-9497 ext. 158 Experience in flexible packaging manufacturing and with W&H, Miraflex, Uteco, Heidelberg, or Gravure equipment is highly preferred. www.fuzehr.com #OPSK
