Duties Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs Answer telephone inquiries in a professional manner Communicate effectively with mechanics to relay repair instructions, estimated times, and part requirements Receive and/or return stock as required Book service appointments and co-ordinate workflow with other staff Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage billing with accuracy and integrity Maintain organized records of all service transactions, customer interactions, repair orders, warranties and maintenance records Experience Previous experience working in an automotive service environment is highly preferred Previous customer service skills with a friendly, professional approach that builds trust and loyalty Prior knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook required Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly Knowledge of automotive parts, repairs, and maintenance procedures is a valuable asset Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional automotive care!
