Industrial Millwright (433A) – Direct Hire About the Position: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Industrial Millwright (433A) on behalf of a well-established Hamilton manufacturer. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving production equipment within a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial production equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Install, dismantle, repair, and align machinery and equipment. Perform equipment inspections and identify opportunities to improve reliability and reduce downtime. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals. Complete maintenance work orders and document repairs accurately. Participate in shutdowns, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. Follow all health, safety, and quality standards. Qualifications Valid 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) License required. Experience working in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience with conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documentation. Strong commitment to safety and teamwork. Able to work 12 hour continental shift Why Apply?
