BMW dealership experience is an asset. Thorough knowledge of mechanical repairs/procedures and of Provincial Safety Standards Valid Ontario Driver’s License and clean driver's abstract. Ability to work cohesively with employees and managers as part of a team. Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines. Detail oriented with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills. Advanced diagnostic and problem solving skills Proficient with computer systems and programs A proven record for quality workmanship Able to clearly communicate service, repair and technical issues Specific job functions… Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs with efficiency and quality workmanship Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements and published procedures. Perform warranty repairs in accordance with MINI's Policies and Procedures, including proper documentation, return of warranty parts, etc.… Attend MINI and company training courses as required. Keep current with factory technical bulletins Assists in training and supervising apprentice technician Produce quality work that evidences pride of workmanship. Performing road tests using safe driving standards Ensures that customer cars are kept clean.
