Responsibilities: Training Program Development & Execution Lead the full-cycle training for new product launches, including planning, curriculum design, on-site delivery, and effectiveness evaluation. Support new employee onboarding by facilitating orientation sessions on company values and product portfolio knowledge. Training Content Localization & Optimization Localize and optimize training materials provided by HQ into Russian. Independently develop training materials and sales scripts based on local consumer preferences and competitive landscape. Training Result Tracking & Feedback Establish a training effectiveness evaluation mechanism to track knowledge retention and application across different roles. Collaborate closely with Sales and New Retail teams to address frontline training needs. Training Resources & Event Support Manage training assets (demo units, training materials, equipment, etc.), ensuring proper allocation and inventory accuracy. Support new product launches, promotional events, and customer activities with training-related assistance. Requirements: Proficiency in Russian and English as working languages; Kazakh language skills are a plus. 3+ years of training experience in the retail industry, with the ability to deliver training independently. Proficiency in PPT and Excel; video recording and editing skills are a plus. Strong communication and execution skills; passion for the tech and digital industry.
