Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Insurance & Investment Specialist
to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with internal team members and advisors to ensure the timely and accurate processing of investment and insurance activities.
You will play a key role in coaching and supporting advisors, helping foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance. The ideal candidate is organized, solutions-focused, and possesses strong communication skills.
In addition, this position plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the office, including front desk coordination and administrative functions, helping to create a professional and welcoming experience for clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support to advisors
Monitor service requests, prioritize tasks, and manage workflow efficiently
Ensure all activities are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with quality standards
Resolve escalated service and support issues related to investments, insurance, and procedures
Maintain the security of transactions & operations in line with company policies and regulatory standards
Build and maintain strong relationships with Head Office, Branch Managers/Directors, advisors, and internal teams
Identify and recommend improvements to internal processes to better support advisors
Foster a collaborative team environment that supports knowledge sharing and high performance
Perform additional duties and special projects as required
Office & Administrative Support:
Act as the first point of contact by greeting clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
Manage front desk responsibilities, receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
Support general administrative and office duties as required
Qualifications & Experience
Experience in customer service and/or the financial services industry is required
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
LLQP and/or MTF license considered a strong asset

This is a full time, in person role located in our London office
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 4:30pm (EST)
