The successful candidate will be able to:
Think on their feet and demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills
Can self-motivate and keep themselves disciplined
Build strong rapport with clients and prospects via phone, email, and in person
Keep themselves and their tasks organized using the CRM software
Control and close effectively
Actively hunt for new leads and potential clients
Can handle rejection and not let it affect their work

Set proper expectations and deliver on time

Relative Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a consultative sales position
Specific industry-related experience required: ERP, Commerce, Software, and B2B sales
Proficiency with Sales Systems, i.e., Sandler Training
Consultative Business-to-Business sales experience
Comfortable with CRM software
Familiarity with LLM models and functionality to scale sales efforts
A willingness to learn, develop and achieve new skills for personal and professional development.
