Office Clerk/ Dispatcher at Transdev Canada — NeverHard

Transdev Canada is hiring a casual Clerk/Dispatcher for our Salmon Arm location. As a Clerk/Dispatcher, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative tasks to support daily office operations and for scheduling the HandyDART drivers routes. As a Dispatcher Answer client phone calls and schedule/coordinate HandyDART driver movements accordingly. Use the radio to dispatch drivers efficiently and maintain clear communication. As a Temporary Clerk Process new employee files and submit for approval. Maintain all employee files according to company policy. Process vendor invoices for payment. Accounts payable experience. Calculate driver/staff payroll and input payroll information into the system. Receives and processes applications and schedules interviews. Answers the telephone and responds to customer inquiries.
