Job DescriptionJob Description The Budds' Group is looking for a Service BDC Client Loyalty representative! The Service BDC Representative is responsible for working in conjunction with the service team to provide an excellent customer service experience. The Service BDC Representative has excellent communication skills and can build customer trust. When interacting with customers, the Client Loyalty representative must be prompt, professional, and informative. Job Duties: Handle inbound and outbound service inquiries via phone, email, and online chat. Schedule service appointments and manage the service calendar to optimize workflow and efficiency. Responsible for reminding customers of required service appointments. Maintain accurate customer records and service histories in the dealership’s CRM system. Follow up on customer post-service to ensure satisfaction inquiries and reschedule no-shows. Be a positive & helpful team member who works well in an upbeat working environment. Coach and motivate the team to improve overall performance. Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote service department offers and specials. Ensure all customer and vehicle information is correct on customer files, all relevant needs, and work to be done are on work orders, and explain the benefits of manufacturer-recommended services per interval. Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager/BDC Manager. Successful Candidates Possess: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Great communication skills. Interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude. Ability to manage complaints and calmly solve complex problems. Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within the automotive industry. Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications. Knowledge of automotive services and maintenance schedules is preferred.
