Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bilingual Order Management Coordinator to support customers, sales representatives, and internal departments. In this role, you will oversee customer orders from initial inquiry through fulfillment, provide administrative support to the sales team, and maintain accurate information within the company's CRM system. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information and support in both English and French. Prepare quotations and assist the sales team with customer follow-ups, proposals, and day-to-day administrative activities. Enter, process, monitor, and coordinate equipment, parts, and supply orders through to completion. Support project rollouts, product demonstrations, customer onboarding activities, and implementation initiatives. Collaborate with customers, internal departments, and external partners to resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience. Maintain accurate customer, order, and sales data within the CRM system. Assist with CRM administration, data integrity initiatives, system enhancements, and user support. Organize and maintain documentation, SharePoint resources, and internal processes to improve operational efficiency. Support customer service functions including work order administration, order fulfillment, and service coordination. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, trade shows, and other company events as required. Serve as a key resource for CRM-related questions, updates, and best practices across the organization. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in order management, sales support, inside sales, customer service, or sales coordination. Fluent in both English and French (written and verbal). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable learning new software and technology platforms. Type: Permanent, Full Time (5 days On Site) Salary: CA$58,000.00 - CA$65,000.00 per year
