Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: $30-$38 per hour We are seeking a highly skilled and dependableScaffolding Foreman to join our construction team. In this role, you will oversee all scaffolding operations on-site, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with site requirements. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage crews across different job sites. Duties Supervise the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding systems Ensure all work complies with site safety standards and fall protection requirements Conduct routine inspections to ensure scaffolding is safe and secure Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades Lead and manage scaffold crew to maintain productivity and safety Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and site plans Requirements Proven experience in scaffolding (assembly and dismantling) Previous foreman or lead-hand experience required Strong knowledge of construction safety practices Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Good leadership and communication skills Must have a valid drivers license and own vehicle (car) Scaffolding certifications/tickets are an asset Nice to Haves: Have own vehicle or reliable transportation Has Fall Protection, First Aid and/or WHMIS Experience working on high-rise projects Tickets in Heavy Equipment Use Live in and have access to sites in Vancouver and Lower Mainland To submit an application, please click the following link. https://form.jotform.com/m3staffing/webapp M3 Staffing is a versatile company dedicated to delivering exceptional service and competitive pricing across a range of industries.
