The Enrollment and Marketing Specialist / Project Manager plays a key role in advancing Adler University's mission by attracting and engaging prospective students into graduate programs in counselling psychology, clinical psychology, industrial and organizational psychology, public leadership, and related disciplines. The position supports the University's commitment to social responsibility, community partnership, and systems-level change through cross-function collaboration, developing strategic recruitment/enrollment initiatives, delivering exceptional prospective student experiences, and executing targeted marketing campaigns. Charged with helping to ensure strategic communications and process objectives are met, the incumbent will work closely with the enrollment and admissions teams and University’s communications and marketing team. While they will have a primary emphasis on enrollment and liaise closely with the head of admissions and enrollment, they will also provide key additional capacity to the communications team, managing project management tools and helping to ensure effective management practices liaising closely with the entire communications team.
This position reports directly to the VP of Enrollment with a dotted line to the Sr. Dir. of Brand Experience and Creative Strategy for project management systems, and collaborates closely with the marketing and communications team, enrollment and admissions, and program directors as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the enrollment and marketing teams to develop and execute marketing strategies to increase enrolment in Adler’s programs in Chicago, Online, and Vancouver locations.
Provide project management support to the Communications Team, reviewing priorities for enrolment impact.
Manages and provides support to the Communications Team to manage Asana and support team workflow management and coordination.
Foster a collaborative work culture amongst Enrollment, Marketing & Communications, and Academics through consultation and inclusive enrolment project development.
Assist with the development and implementation marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Ensure the creation of compelling storytelling content for websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, and advertisements.
Connect with Program Directors and faculty to define subject matter expert approach in the promotion of Adler’s graduate programs.
Support social media engagement and online community building.
Support brand awareness initiatives and ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity.
Analyze website traffic, lead generation, and campaign performance metrics.
Assist with customer relationship management in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Track enrolment performance against targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and student demographics.
Generate regular reports on lead conversion, application rates, enrolment outcomes, and marketing effectiveness.
Use data insights to improve recruitment and marketing strategies.
This position is being established as a temporary position with an anticipated duration of three to six months. While continuation beyond the initial assignment period is not guaranteed, the appointment may be extended based on business needs. A permanent position is expected to be posted at a later date, and interested temporary employees may be considered through the University's standard recruitment process.
Salary Expectations:
$60,000.00-$70,000.00 CAD
