Who We’re Looking For:
Registered Automotive Service Technician Apprentice
Currently registered in or have completed Level 3 or Level 4 apprenticeship training
Strong foundational understanding of automotive mechanics
Detail‑oriented with good work habits and time‑management skills
Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced service environment
Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions
Strong communication and customer‑service skills
Physically capable of performing technician duties (standing, lifting, bending, working under vehicles)
Commitment to following WorkSafeBC rules and dealership safety standards
Schedule:
Full-Time; Permanent
Compensation:
$25-$30 per hour
What Your Day Will Look Like:
Inspect and test vehicles following manufacturer inspection checklists
Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs, including oil changes, brake service, and tire installations
Learn advanced repair techniques under the guidance of experienced Technicians
Assist with diagnosing mechanical issues and recommending repairs
Prepare labour and parts estimates with support from the Service team
Test vehicles before and after repairs to ensure quality and safety
Maintain a clean, organized workshop and inventory areas
Support the Service Department with additional duties as required
