Pay Rate: $27.00 – $30.00 per hour
Shift: Day Shift
We are hiring an experienced Quality Inspector for a growing aerospace and precision manufacturing environment. We are seeking candidates with strong precision machining inspection experience and hands-on CMM programming and operation skills.This is a long-term opportunity offering competitive pay, excellent benefits, career growth, and exposure to advanced manufacturing technologies.
Key Responsibilities Perform First-Off, In-Process, Final, and Incoming Material Inspections
Program and operate CMM equipment
Utilize Vision Inspection Systems and precision measuring instruments
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation
Apply GD&T principles to verify dimensional conformity
Inspect precision-machined components to customer specifications
Verify surface finish and dimensional requirements
Identify and document non-conforming materials and products
Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation
Support root cause investigations and corrective actions
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams
Support internal and external quality audits as required
Required QualificationsMinimum 5 years of Quality Inspection experience in a precision machining environment
Experience programming and operating CMM equipment
Strong understanding of GD&T
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
Experience using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, bore gauges, and other precision measuring equipment
Strong understanding of machining processes and tight-tolerance inspections
Preferred QualificationsAerospace or Defence manufacturing experience
AS9100 or ISO-certified manufacturing environment experience
Mechanical Engineering Technology Diploma, Engineering Degree, or Quality Certification
