Job DescriptionJob Description Position Summary and Job Magnitude The Residence Services Representative is responsible for supporting leasing, resident services, and daily property operations. This role combines front-line resident support with leasing and administrative responsibilities, helping create an exceptional living experience while maximizing occupancy and maintaining operational excellence Essential Functions and Basic Duties Demonstrate a high degree of customer service on phone calls, via email, and in person Assist prospective residents through the leasing process, including tours, applications, and lease administration. Maintain organized o?ce systems, resident ?les, and property documentation Utilize Campus Living Centres’ computer software Financial administration, including processing payments, invoices, and reviewing accounts Maintain video surveillance and ensure that cameras are recording at all times Communicate pertinent information between staff Maintain student and guest privacy Knowledge of emergency procedures and on-call staff procedures Know who to contact for various situations, including residence staff and facility contractors Ensure the room status is updated from the housekeeping department Handle in a professional manner; reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and account settlement Maintain the appearance of the desk, lobby and office area at all times Understanding of building departments, including maintenance, housekeeping, residence life, and conference and sales Responsible for the front desk operations, including: making guest key cards, payments, financial administration, producing office reports, and keeping key areas tidy and organized Ensures building keys are used appropriately and responsibly Ensure the safety and security of the building by enforcing guest and visitor policies Uphold and adhere to all organizational policies Any other duties as assigned by Director, GM, other management team members. Health & Safety Work in the manner and with the protective devices, measures and procedures required by the OHSA, regulations, and Campus Living Centres (e.g. wearing safety shoes, confining hair, jewelry, or loose clothing around moving parts, etc). Online training modules and in-person training must be completed before starting regular duties. WHMIS 2015 and GHS system, and standard operating procedures training must be completed prior to beginning regular duties.
