Job DescriptionJob Description Rope Access Electrician (Level 1, 2, or 3) We are looking for a qualified Journeyman Electrician with IRATA certification and experience in heat trace to join our team on a 14/14 schedule. Fly in / Fly Out. The Company Our services encompass electrical engineering, heat tracing, removable blanket insulation, custom electrical control panels assembly, and industrial rope access – all available in-house. Moreover, we supply all the materials required for the initial build, installation, repair and maintenance. Role Responsibilities Read & interpret blueprints, Isometrics, and electrical schematics Install & remove heat trace in accordance with specified standards Working with power and hand tools Electrical installs, wiring and cable pulls. QA, testing and commissioning of electrical and heat trace components Use of digital Work packages and quality documents Participate collaboratively in work group. Use of good problem-solving critical thinking and communication skills Adherence with safety requirements and policies, LOTO etc. Active participation in HSE Program Ability to complete extensive in-house training program Role requirements IRATA Rope Access Electrical Journeyman Certificate Knowledge of electrical heat trace (EHT) installations and commissioning CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate, Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS), H2S Alive training Valid driver's license - Driving record check (abstract) High level Microsoft and computer skills required. Familiarity with Procore or digital construction management software considered an asset Knowledge with EHT control systems an asset.
