Job Description At Eataly this position is referred to as a Prep Cook, preparing a variety of fresh, made-to-order sandwiches while providing exceptional guest services. Reports to the CDC, Central Kitchen. Prepares sandwiches to order at our guest-facing sandwich station Completes food preparation assignments in a neat, accurate and timely manner Follows recipes and complies with portion sizes, quality standards, department rules and procedures and Department of Health regulations Restocks ingredients as needed Cleans all utensils, preparation equipment and counters required for production Performs other duties as required or assigned
