We are seeking an experienced
360 Recruiter
specializing in Skilled Trades recruitment to help employers find top talent in construction, manufacturing, industrial, maintenance, transportation, and related sectors.
This is an opportunity for a motivated recruiter who enjoys both sales and recruitment and wants unlimited earning potential while working with an established recruitment organization.
What You'll Do
As a 360 Recruiter, you will manage the entire recruitment process, including:
Business Development
Prospect and develop new client relationships
Generate new recruitment opportunities through phone, email, social media, and networking
Conduct client meetings and hiring needs assessments
Prepare and present recruitment proposals
Negotiate service agreements and recruitment fees
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Source skilled trades candidates through databases, job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
Recruit for positions such as:
Electricians
Millwrights
Welders
Machinists
Industrial Mechanics
HVAC Technicians
Heavy Equipment Technicians
Plumbers
Carpenters
Maintenance Technicians
Production Supervisors
Construction Trades Professionals
Conduct candidate screening interviews
Verify qualifications, certifications, and experience
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
Conduct reference checks
Present qualified candidates to clients
Account Management
Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and candidates
Provide market intelligence and hiring advice
Manage recruitment projects and hiring campaigns
Ensure a positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
1+ year of full-cycle or 360 recruitment experience
Proven success recruiting skilled trades, industrial, manufacturing, or construction professionals
Strong business development and sales skills
Experience sourcing passive candidates
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
Self-motivated and results-driven
Experience using ATS and CRM systems
