Job Summary Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care in PCU settings, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients. Monitor patient vitals and respond to critical changes using GE cardiac monitoring systems. Administer medications and IV infusions using Hospira IV pumps. Work collaboratively with a team of RNs and LNAs to manage patient care. Document patient information in the Expanse EMR accurately and timely. Support floating needs between Med Surg, ICU, and Emergency Department. Qualifications Active compact RN license required at application. Minimum 2 years of PCU experience in a hospital setting. BLS and ACLS certifications are required. Strong dysrhythmia recognition skills and critical drip experience. Proven ability to work effectively in a high-stress, fast-paced environment. Self-directed, confident, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
